For both men and women, it is one of the best programs to burn over 1000 calories in an hour, while burning pounds of fat and toning your muscles.  It's a great way to get that sexy female body or lose that spare tire and love handles for the guys.  The instructor is someone who has actually been to boot camp, a former Marine.  The program is perfect for everyone because you are pushed to your own personal limits.  We have everyone out there from couch potatoes,the out of shape, new moms, to bridal preparers, marathon runners, triathlon participants, etc.We are inside the gym in the winter and a Wash Park Boot Camp in the summer.
